Canadian Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 CAD (before applicable fees) within Canada!
For orders under $100 CAD, a standard flat rate of $14.99 CAD is applied at checkout.
- Please note: Additional shipping surcharges may apply to oversized/overweight items or to remote delivery zones outside standard carrier routes.
- Local Customers: Free local pickup is available at checkout for customers located near Ajax, ON.
Global Shipping
We currently ship to the countries listed in the “Country/Region” dropdown menu at Checkout. Please note that international shipping is not free. During checkout, you will be provided with live shipping costs based on your order size, weight, destination, and the carrier selected.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Because every Tokeepo item is permanently personalized to your exact specifications, please allow 2-4 business days for our team to craft your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier. The delivery timelines listed below begin after production is complete.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Production)
Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
- Domestic Shipping (Canada): Typically takes 4 to 10 business days.
- International Shipping (USA): Typically takes 5 to 15 business days.
Please be aware that factors beyond our control can impact shipping schedules, including unexpected carrier delays, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions. Tokeepo cannot be held financially accountable for any loss resulting from carrier shipping delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For our US Customers: Shipments to the United States are subject to U.S. Customs clearance. Applicable import duties, tariffs, or carrier processing fees may apply based on current U.S. customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For all other International Orders: Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Taxes (Canadian Orders)
Tokeepo is currently operated as a small supplier in Canada; therefore, no federal or provincial sales taxes (GST/HST) are applied to your order at checkout!
Damaged Goods
